the location are amazing, it is close to major attractions. rooms are good sized, i find amazing views from the roof top bar. the staff are friendly and helpful, this are something important for me.
the room had a window that opened onto a corridor, i couldnt open it. the room was so dark, i felt claustrophobic. i do not believe there was a photo of this room when i booked it.

a nice visit
dedicated staff central atrium wonderful artwork perfect location
The staff showed real dedication to hospitality. I felt very welcomed. the central atrium ensured the inner rooms had light, it was good. the building itself seemed like a museum, with wonderful artwork throughout. i found the location perfect for reaching many attractions and good restaurants.
i noticed a faint smell from the bathroom sink , but it was quite mild

The reception staff offered quick assistance with directions. They were always smiling. every staff member. This gave a feeling of personal care. the friendly attitude.

The hotel has access to a local restaurant. That gave a taste of true spanish food. various dining choices are close. Finding a late meal became quite simple. the restaurant offers a diverse menu, showcasing local specialities.

i found the location really central. the main attractions were a short walk. the room was clean. staff were helpful with directions.
